Tasting Notes: Sunny freshly squeezed orange juice, ripe apricots and chamomile with a cloudy appearance. Crisp with lots of layered texture, integrated tannins and a long, lively finish, this wine tastes like peach skin, juicy pineapple with lemon peel.
Flux Capacitor is a blend of 60% Pinot Blanc, 25% Roussanne, 10% Muscat, 5% Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. The grapes are destemmed, whole and crushed then wild fermented on the skins for 2 months in stainless steel before spending 7 months in used puncheons.
